Since January 2005, A Step Above Case Management has proudly served individuals on the New Mexico Developmental Disability Waiver. Guided by our Executive Director and a dedicated team of case managers, we create person-centered plans tailored to each unique individual we support.

Person-Centered Planning

ASACM creates highly individualized service plans that reflects each person’s unique and personal dreams, goals, and support needs.

Team Coordination/ Facilitation

Bringing together the individual, their guardians, service providers, & other professionals to ensure full coverage support.

Resource and Referral Linkages

Connecting individuals to a wide range of community resources available under the Developmental Disability Waiver.

Advocacy and Self-Advocacy Support

Ensuring individuals’ rights, preferences, & choices are honored while promoting growth, independence, & self-advocacy skills.

To promote self-advocacy, personal growth, and independence for the individuals we support. To promote people first language, positive self-perceptions, and positive roles in the individual’s community. To link individuals to community resources in his/her community.
